Join the truck crew

Drivers and assistants needed. We have five runs per week., and each run takes 4-5 hours. Volunteer once per week or more. Weekdays or Saturdays 8:30 am - 1 pm.

No special license needed.

Special truck runs

We have a truck of equipment to take to mission outreach folks about once per month. We would like to set up these runs as special runs, outside of our regular delivery schedule.

Be a call receiver

Review Helping Hands voicemails and make initial calls to gather information. Volunteer for half days. We are currently looking for a couple volunteers to serve as substitutes.

Help clean

We need help cleaning hospital

beds and mattresses. Each one

takes about 45 minutes to clean.

Volunteer for 2 hours any day of the week.

We clean beds nearly every weekday.

Assist on a weekday morning

Help get equipment ready for the truck crew and to put outside for pick ups. We need volunteers Tuesday - Thursday, 8 am - 10 am.

Laundry

We have linens, bed pans, and patient lift slings to wash most weeks. This can be done at the church or at your home. HH provides Tide and Lysol Laundry Additive  (kills most bacteria). Number of loads varies.
